These terms of service apply to all services of our lead data enrichment platform. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

We provide AI-powered lead data enrichment services to help companies improve their lead generation and outreach efforts.
3. User Obligations
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. Data misuse or violation of privacy laws is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data and comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
5. Contract Partner
The contract partner is Gäking digital design, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 20, 44534 Lünen, Germany, represented by Christian Gäking.
6. Contract Formation
A contract is formed through your registration and our confirmation. By using paid services, you accept these terms of service.
7. Service Description
Enlyst provides a cloud-based platform for automated enrichment of lead data using artificial intelligence. This includes identification of executives, email addresses, contact details, and personalized approaches.
8. User Account
A user account is required to use our services. You are obligated to provide truthful information and keep your access credentials confidential.
9. Payment Terms
Prices are stated in Euro and are subject to statutory VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Credits do not expire.
10. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the term. No refund of already paid amounts will be made. Credits remain until used.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy of enriched data as it comes from publicly available sources.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, algorithms and platform remain with us. Users receive a non-transferable right of use for the contract period.
13. Data Usage
You may only use the enriched data for lawful business purposes. Sale or disclosure to third parties without consent of the data subjects is prohibited.
14. Account Suspension
In case of violations of these terms of service or applicable law, we can immediately suspend your account. Already paid amounts will not be refunded.
15. Modifications
We may change these terms of service at any time with 30 days' notice. If you do not object, the new terms are deemed accepted.
16. Applicable Law
German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Dortmund.
17. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
